1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Mustard Seed website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products

Many products sold by The Mustard Seed are made to order and fulfilled by independent production and fulfillment partners. Other products may be supplied by third-party brands or sellers.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on the screen, and minor variations may occur because of materials or production methods.

Products, designs, prices, and availability may be changed or discontinued without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, fulfillment limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, and delivery information before submitting an order.

Once production begins, made-to-order products generally cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated and displayed during checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment authorization is required before an order can be processed. Prices and promotions may change without notice.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

The Mustard Seed currently ships within the United States only.

Products may be fulfilled by different partners and may arrive in separate packages. Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Complete shipping terms, including address requirements, tracking, delays, and lost-package procedures, are provided in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

Refunds, replacements, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund and Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because many products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, or other customer ordering errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Third-Party Services and Fulfillment Partners

We use third-party companies to provide services including payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and website functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control. Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

The Mustard Seed name, branding, original graphics, text, photographs, and designs are owned by The Mustard Seed or used with permission from their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use protected website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity

• To violate intellectual property or privacy rights

• To transmit malicious code or interfere with website security

• To collect information about others without authorization

• To place fraudulent orders or misuse promotions

The Mustard Seed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
