1. Order Processing All orders are custom-made and typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- US-sourced products (ships within US only): 3–5 business days
- Standard international shipping: 10–15 business days depending on destination and product origin

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated per product based on weight, type, and destination. Rates are displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
4. Shipping Method We use optimized standard shipping through our fulfillment partner. At this time, express shipping is not available.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
6. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. The Mustard Seed is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Delays Delivery timelines may be extended due to customs processing, public holidays, or peak seasons (particularly October–December). If your order has not arrived within 45 days (US) or 60 days (international), please contact us and we will investigate.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Mustard Seed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
