Refund Policy

At The Mustard Seed, we take great pride in the quality of our custom merchandise. Because each item is made to order and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom merchandise. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

When You're Eligible for a Refund or Replacement, We will issue a refund or send a replacement if any of the following apply:

  • Damaged items — Report within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof
  • Missing or incorrect items — Contact us with proof of the issue
  • Printing errors — Incorrect design, misprinted text, or print quality defects on our part
  • Significant delivery delays — If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days (US), 60 days (international), or 110 days (Brazil), you may be eligible for a refund
  • Orders canceled before shipment — Full refund issued

Important Limitations

  • Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date
  • Orders that have been delivered are not eligible for a refund unless you provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office or carrier
  • Refunds are not issued for customer errors such as incorrect size selection or change of mind
