Shipping & Returns

Last updated October 17, 2026. The Mustard Seed is operated by Imagine Enterprise Ventures, LLC. Many of our products are created after an order is placed. Please review product details, sizing, personalization, and your delivery address before purchasing. For order assistance, email support@themustardseed.shop.

Where we ship

We currently only ship within the United States.

Production and delivery

Production generally takes 2–7 business days before shipment, unless a different estimate is shown for your product. After shipment, standard delivery to most addresses in the contiguous United States is estimated at 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote destinations may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

These are estimates; timing varies by product, destination, holidays, and demand. Items may arrive separately. Production time is additional to transit time.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate when available, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We will obtain consent where required and issue a refund if the order must be canceled under applicable law.

Shipping charges

Shipping & Handling is $4.99 per order below $100. Free U.S. shipping & handling is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping charges. This offer covers all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

We currently offer one shipping service. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Multiple packages and tracking

We work with several fulfillment partners. Items may ship from different locations, arrive separately, and have separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple packages. When tracking is available, it is sent in a shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take several business days to show movement.

Your delivery address

Please provide a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order needs replacing or reshipping because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items

Email support@themustardseed.shop as soon as you discover a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or incomplete item. Please report these issues immediately, preferably well before 30 calendar days after delivery so we can submit the production-partner claim on time. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. A video may be required to verify an incorrect product or design. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

Claims are reviewed with the fulfillment partner and are not automatically approved. For a confirmed production error or defect, the usual resolution is a remake or replacement of the affected item or component at no additional charge. For example, a damaged chain, gift box, or message card may be replaced separately. We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee or automatic cash refunds. We will explain the resolution available for your claim, including any approved refund or remedy required by law. Contact us before returning anything.

Supplier claim deadlines and reimbursement limits do not limit your rights or our obligations under applicable law.

Made-to-order products

Because products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, or refunds for a size, color, quantity, or personalization entered incorrectly by the customer, except where required by law. Review the product description, size guide, and personalization carefully. This exclusion does not apply when we or our fulfillment partner made the error. Minor production variations are evaluated against the product description and applicable manufacturing tolerances.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins, except where required by law. If we can cancel your entire order before production begins, we will refund the amount paid, including shipping and applicable taxes, to the original payment method. For a partial cancellation, we will refund the canceled merchandise, applicable taxes, and any shipping charges no longer payable.

These production restrictions do not limit cancellation or refund rights arising from a shipping delay or other rights under applicable law.

Delayed or lost packages

Contact support@themustardseed.shop promptly if tracking stops updating or an order misses its estimated delivery date. Check the address and ask the carrier or local post office whether the package is held for pickup. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner and explain the available resolution. Please do not wait to contact us: supplier claim deadlines vary. A delayed or missing shipment is reviewed separately from a change-of-mind return.

Packages marked delivered

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery area, ask household members and neighbors, and contact the carrier. Notify support@themustardseed.shop promptly so we can investigate. Replacements or refunds for packages reported missing after a delivery scan are not automatic and depend on the facts, any applicable coverage, and your legal rights.

Returns and refund processing

Contact us before returning anything; do not send an item to the address on its shipping label without instructions. Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a refund, except where required by law. We do not offer general change-of-mind returns for made-to-order products.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We initiate refunds promptly and within any legally required deadline; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Your right to a legally required refund does not depend on whether our production partner reimburses us.

For an approved refund involving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or confirmed lost item, we will include applicable taxes and shipping charges attributable to the affected item where appropriate or required by law. If we require a return for an approved product error or defect, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange return shipping at our expense. We will explain the resolution and any return instructions before you send anything back.
